Returns

We accept returns within 3 days from the date of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Casio, Edifice, and G-Shock watches cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment, where applicable. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order.

We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

Exchanges are not available for products that come in sealed boxes.

Casio, Edifice, and G-Shock watches cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable. These include:

• Sealed boxed products

• Gift cards

• Downloadable software products

• Personalized or custom-made items

• Perishable goods

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately after receiving the order.

Where applicable, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the nature of the issue and product availability.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning an item unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong item or receiving a defective product.

In cases where the return is due to our error, we will assist with the return shipping arrangements.

Processing Time

Approved refunds and exchanges will be processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
