PAYMENT GATEWAY

Click and Pick Lk may provide online payment facilities through supported third-party payment service providers, including Dialog Genie Payment Gateway.

Payments processed through the payment gateway may be subject to the terms, conditions, privacy policies, and security procedures of the respective payment service provider.

Click and Pick Lk does not store or directly process your complete card details where payment processing is handled by the third-party payment gateway. Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment information and following the payment provider's instructions during the payment process.

RISK OF LOSS

Products purchased from Click and Pick Lk are delivered through third-party courier or delivery service providers.

Risk of loss or damage to an order may pass to the customer upon delivery or handover of the order by the courier to the customer, subject to applicable law and Click and Pick Lk's return, replacement, and delivery policies.

Customers are encouraged to inspect their parcel upon receipt and contact Click and Pick Lk promptly if the package or product appears to have been damaged during delivery.
